Service Description
This specialised reflexology session is designed to support reproductive health, hormonal balance, and overall wellbeing in a gentle and holistic way. Fertility is not only connected to the physical body, but also to emotional wellbeing, stress levels, nervous system balance, and the connection we have with ourselves. During these sessions, the body is supported as a whole, creating space for relaxation, restoration, and natural balance. Reflexology works through specific pressure points on the feet that correspond with different organs and systems within the body, including the reproductive and hormonal systems. By encouraging deep relaxation and improving the body’s natural energy flow, reflexology may help support circulation, reduce stress, and create a calmer internal environment. These treatments can be especially supportive for those who: Are trying to conceive naturally Are experiencing hormonal imbalances Feel emotionally overwhelmed or stressed during their fertility journey Wish to reconnect with their body in a gentle and nurturing way Are looking for complementary holistic support alongside medical treatment Each session offers a safe, calm, and supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and allow your body to rest deeply. My intention is to support not only the body, but also the emotional and energetic wellbeing of each person, helping to bring balance, calm, and connection during what can sometimes feel like a challenging journey.
Cancellation Policy
This is a sole trader holistic therapy service focused on wellbeing and relaxation. Treatments are provided in line with professional standards of the Irish Massage Therapists Association, including appropriate qualifications, hygiene, insurance, and client consultation. Appointments must be booked in advance with valid contact details. Time is reserved exclusively for each client. Late arrival may reduce treatment time; full fees still apply. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours (0–24 hours before appointment) will be charged at 50% of the treatment fee. Failure to attend without notice may result in up to 100% of the treatment fee being charged. This policy reflects the loss of appointment time that cannot be reallocated. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for certain bookings. No refunds are provided for completed treatments, in line with Irish consumer law. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information and must inform the therapist of any changes. Treatment may be refused or discontinued if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable. All personal and health information is treated as confidential and stored securely in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection law. Records may be retained for an appropriate legal period. Treatments provided are complementary and do not replace medical care. No diagnosis or medical claims are made. Clients are advised to consult a GP where appropriate. This practice maintains a professional, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment at all times. Treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk. The therapist is not responsible for undisclosed medical conditions, and liability is limited in accordance with Irish law. By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this policy, including the cancellation terms, and consent to treatment.
